Supporting Learners with ASN

At Sacred Heart Primary School, we are proud to nurture an inclusive, supportive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive. We are committed to meeting the needs of learners with additional support needs through a range of strategies and approaches. This includes high quality universal supports, which we are working hard to embed across all classrooms, ensuring accessibility and positive learning experiences for every learner, as well as targeted interventions tailored to meet individual needs.

By working closely with families, staff, the learners themselves and partner agencies, we strive to remove barriers to learning and empower all learners to achieve their full potential.

Staff worked together to create these informative leaflets about some of the main types of additional supports needs we support within our school, which will give you an idea of some of the approaches we take to get it right for every child.
